Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a claim in my entire life of filing insurance claims. And let’s just say I’ve had my fair share over the years. To say I barely lifted a finger was an understatement and before I even knew what was happening the roof was completed in perfect fashion. All of the gutter and siding work was immaculate as well. I think it’s worth nothing that I had to get this hail damage fixed in time to close the sale on the home itself, and keeping in line with a tight schedule was my initial concern. Once I saw the results I realized I was working with professionals and there was no cause for concern. Joe and his team were the best. They replaced two roofs for us, one was due to years of wear and tear and the other due to hail damage within a year of each other. He handled most of the communication with our insurance company and after a gnarly hail storm he had our roof fixed within weeks. His team was professional, very hard working and tidy. I am absolutely amazed with the outstanding service I received from the team at lookup Roofing. I only had a small shed that needed a new roof and i thought it may have been to small of a job for them to take on but they had it done in one day--from the first conversation to done in less then 24 hours! Lisa was so friendly and worked to come in under my budgeted amount and the two team members that showed up treated the job like it was a million dollar job. They were nice, professional, cleaned up the area and even hauled away extra things i had laying around to take to the dump! I originally contacted Joe for a small roof repair and he came out the same day to fix it for me.  I ultimately decided to replace the entire roof and Look Up Roofing was my top choice from all the companies I received bids from.
